How to review your year (and why it matters now)

What sustained you in 2024?

Knowing your answers to these questions can help you navigate the inevitable challenges that 2025 is going to bring.

You will likely have been sustained by:

Purpose: a 'why' that guided you

Practice: rituals and habits that centred you

Place: environments that served you

People: individuals and groups that lifted you

Last week I hosted a webinar for the Change Makers community to help them get some space to reflect and connect around these ideas.

Here's how they've said it helped:

"I've realised that it's just a handful of good things done regularly that make all the difference"

"New environments give me fresh perspectives. Time to create some new environments."

"Ka mua ka muri. Look back to look forward."

Try creating a little space for yourself during the next week to ask yourself "What sustained me this year?" and "Which of those things might I carry forward into 2025?"
