Leadership Team Coaching

Each year, Digby works with a handful of senior leadership teams who want to become world-class.

The leadership teams that go the distance and realise the collective brilliance that exists in their organisation deliberately invest in how they operate. Well beyond strategy and business planning offsites, they make the time to regularly discuss and reflect on three core questions:

  1. How well am I, as a leader, contributing to the effectiveness of our team?
  2. How well are we, as a leadership team, working together?
  3. How well are we, as a leadership team, leading this organisation and its stakeholders?

Digby works with teams over a 12-month period to enable them to sustain performance through the good times and the bad.

If you’re committed to developing a leadership team culture with depth and sustained impact, get in touch to discuss how Digby can help.

Our Ministry of Health Executive Leadership Team worked with Digby over several years, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was really important that we led the organisation and sector as a team, so we took time out every few months to develop this.
The sessions with Digby were always productive, enjoyable and worthwhile.  Leading as a team was critical to ensuring the Ministry of Health developed the culture needed to be successful and ensure we could lead the wider health sector effectively. It’s fair to say Digby got the best out of us; he was attuned to ‘where we were at’ each session, plenty of humour and humanity, nudging and challenging as necessary, and ensuring we left with clear commitments. Our ongoing relationship with Digby was a key part of our development as a leadership team - and absolutely essential given the challenges we faced.
